Refund Policy

Our goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with your logo design. 

If for some reason we are unable to create a design you are happy with, you will receive a full refund. 

 

The refund policy will not take effect in the following cases:

• Once a logo design is approved and the final files are sent a refund is no longer available.

• Any refund request must be made within 60 days of the initial order date.
